One On One Session

The one on one sessions are guided sessions to help you on any topic covered in the foundation program or advanced training program, that you need guidance on.

The choice of the practice will be up to you and can be a mix of theory, dry or in-water or inner training.

A one on one session usually lasts around an hour.
